How we handle the data you send us
This page explains what happens to personal data submitted through the enquiry form or by email, and who to contact about it.
What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form or write to [email protected], we collect the details needed to answer you and prepare a quote: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, the dates you want the car, your vehicle preference and, where relevant, a pickup or delivery address.
This information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, prepare a rental or chauffeur quote, and, if you proceed, draw up the booking contract. We do not use it for anything beyond handling that specific request.
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as it takes to deal with the request. Once an enquiry is closed without a booking, or a completed rental is finished and any contractual obligations have lapsed, the data is deleted from our working records.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond what is strictly needed to deliver the rental or chauffeur service, such as confirming a booking detail with a vehicle supplier. Because booking runs only through the web form and email, no enquiry or booking data passes through WhatsApp or any other messaging app.

If a name, address or booking detail is wrong, write to us and we will correct it in our records.
Ask for deletion
You can request that we delete your personal data once it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry or booking.

You can object to any use of your data beyond answering your enquiry or preparing your rental or chauffeur booking.
Raise a concern
Write to [email protected] first; we will tell you how to escalate a concern to the relevant data protection authority if it remains unresolved.
