How a booking is confirmed

    Submit the request form

    Tell us your dates, pickup location and the type of car you want — sedan, SUV, sports car or supercar.

  2. 02

    Availability and quote by email

    We confirm which cars can be sourced for your dates and send the exact daily rate and deposit amount by email.

  3. 03

    Documents and deposit arranged

    Licence, ID and deposit are settled before the booking is locked in, with higher checks applied for top-tier supercars.

  4. 04

    Delivery or collection

    The car is delivered to the agreed address — hotel, home or Bilbao Airport — or collected at our Bilbao base, as set out in the confirmation.

What the service covers

Fleet sourced on request

Sedans and SUVs from Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover and BMW, plus sports cars and supercars from Porsche, Ferrari and Lamborghini, are sourced to each request and confirmed at booking rather than held on a fixed lot.

Chauffeur-driven option

Clients who prefer not to drive can book the same fleet with a chauffeur, for transfers, events, weddings or business travel.

Delivery quoted by destination

Airport, hotel and address delivery across Bilbao and Biscay is priced per destination and included in the proposal sent by email.

Paperwork available on request

Registration and insurance documents for the car assigned to your booking can be requested when you reserve.
