How is the security deposit calculated and when is it returned?
The deposit is set in proportion to the value of the car you book and is confirmed at the time of reservation, not published in advance. It is released after the vehicle is checked in and returned in the agreed condition, with any damage or shortfall settled against it.
Is airport or hotel delivery included in the quoted price?
No. Delivery to Bilbao airport, your hotel, or an address in Bilbao or Biscay is priced separately based on distance and is itemised in the proposal we send after your request.
Do prices increase during Semana Grande or other busy weeks?
Yes. Demand during Semana Grande, major Guggenheim exhibitions and other high-season weeks pushes rates toward the top of the €500–€5,000 range, so we recommend requesting a quote as early as possible for those dates.
